All Anthropomorphic characters must have big googley eyes close together unless they are not originally done by me.
Humans are to also have the same thing unless I decide to make them in a style of Justice league
No Computer Generated vehicles or Buildings - they are alright in a TV cartoon but want my vehicles and houses to look cartoony.
No realistic characters - They drive me CRAZY!
NO ANIME! - They have the worst animation in the world.
No Shadow textures or highlights - unless the character is standing still.
All flashes' age ratings are limited to E - T but most flash videos will be rated E
No Foul words - My mother forbids me to swear in my videos.
All female humans have no big breasts - I hate that stuff.
All copyrighted characters from Newgrounds are only allowed to be pinch with e-mailed or PMed permission from their respective owners.
